Wash the potatoes and cook in water or steam till to stick with a fork and fell it tender, but still firm. Saute the other ingredients except the cheese, Cut the potatoes diagonally, removing "the cover". Remove the pulp (puree) inside the potato leaving a border of approximately 1/2 cm in side and bottom. Put togheter this pulp (puree) with the dressing and a part of cream cheese. Stuff the potatoes. Put cheese on top and close with the cover. Bake in oven to heat for about 20 minutes until the cheese melts. Serve.
