Croquette of Jerked Beef Cambuí


500g of Jerked Beef Cambuí cooked and shredded
1 small onion, grated
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablets of meat broth
½ cup soybean oil
Black pepper to taste
Parsley to taste
1 liter of water
1 cup of cornmeal,  3 ½ cups of wheat flour, 2 eggs,1/2 cup of milk, breadcrumbs

Jerked Beef: Flat


Let  jerked beef Cambuí soaked in water to remove the salt. Cook the meat in a pressure cooker until very soft. Remove from heat and let cool. Shred meat or pass by the processor. Reserve. In a pan fry the onion in olive oil. Add the meat, pepper, parsley and oil and water. When warm, place the corn flour not to form pellets. When boiling, add the corn and stir well to come unglued from the bottom of the pan. Remove from heat and let cool well. Wrap and pass in the egg mixed with milk and then in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil.
